Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the account you use to access Color44 and for any activity that happens under it. Keep your sign-in method secure and use accurate information when creating or maintaining your account.

2. Credits, plans, and billing

Some features depend on free credits, paid credits, or subscription access. Plan limits, export access, and billing details may change over time. If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charges for that plan until you cancel.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of prompts, uploads, and other materials you provide. You grant Color44 the limited rights needed to host, process, and transform that content so the service can generate pages, save drafts, and deliver exports back to you.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, abuse shared infrastructure, interfere with the platform, or try to reverse engineer private systems. We may suspend or remove access if use creates risk for the service, other users, or third parties.

5. Service availability

We may update, improve, pause, or remove parts of Color44 as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect output quality, or permanent retention of every generated asset.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Color44 is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above.
